Going by the latest trend in Bollywood, looks like the era of ‘item boys' has surely begun! Here’s a sneak peek:
Salman Khan’s portrayal of the Moustached Chulbul Pandey in ‘Dabangg’ emerged as an iconic character of sorts! And now, buzz has it that Salman will soon be seen doing an item number in the much-anticipated sequel of the film. After gyrating to the tunes of ‘Munni Badnam Hui’ with sister-in-law Malaika Arora Khan in the original ‘Dabangg’, Sallu is reportedly gearing up to shake a leg with her once again with her for the sequel. And this time around, it’s for a song called ‘Pandeyji Mare Seeti’!
Aamir Khan rocked the retro look as he turned item boy for the song ‘Pyar Ne Kar Diya Deewana’ from ‘Delhi Belly’ last year. The actor imitated the patent dance moves of veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty in this fun-filled true-blue item number for the film starring his nephew Imran Khan.

Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor turned item boy for much-acclaimed Salman Khan’s production ‘Chillar Party’. The actor donned a full-on tapori look for the fun song ‘Tain Tain Phisss’, which instantly became a super-hit.

Although John won’t be seen acting in the flick that will be his first production venture, John has decided to do an item song in the movie. Buzz has it that the song will be a hip-hop Punjabi track and will be called ‘Whiskey’.
